A” Smokey Eye” doesn’t necessarily mean that you have to use dark shades only. You can create a” smoky eye “with greens, purples, and even naturals with darker accent colors
Follow these simple steps and practice..practice..practice…
Step 1. Apply a creamy concealer over entire eye area to conceal any uneven skin tones and create a smooth canvas which help shadow last longer. Cinema Secrets Concealer Palette from CRC Cosmetics.
Step 2. Apply a pressed powder lightly over lid to prevent creasing. Ben Nye 8-color Bella Poudre Palette/CRC Cosmetics.
Step 3. Apply first eye shadow color using a soft shadow brush. Use an undertone color or lightest color over entire eyelid. Naked Palette-Half Baked/ Urban Decay
Step 4. Add a medium shade to crease of eye, blend with a blending eye shadow brush until the desired level of smoked effect is attained. Naked Palette 2-Snakebite/Urban Decay.
Step 5. Apply the last most intense pigment to outer corner of eye lid including crease in a sideway “V” and blend. Busted by Urban Decay.
Step 6. Finish with black eyeliner pencil (smudge outward) and black mascara both from Ofra Cosmetics
